golang-go-flags-dev software package provides Go library for parsing command line arguments, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install golang-go-flags-dev
golang-go-flags-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the golang-go-flags-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep golang-go-flags-dev *
You will get with golang-go-flags-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
